Building in Fazaia: what to know
Fazaia Housing Scheme Lahore has two phases. Phase 1 is on Raiwind Road and is largely developed. Phase 2 sits between Sharif Medical City Road and Sundar Road, about 5 km away, and is newer. Both are close to the Fazaia interchange on the Ring Road.
Plot sizes
Phase 1 has 10 marla and 1 kanal residential plots. Phase 2 adds 5 and 7 marla plots.
Approvals
The scheme has its own building rules and approval process. We build to your approved drawings.
Plot area and covered area
Most Lahore societies, including DHA and Bahria Town, count 1 marla as 225 sq ft. Older areas and land records sometimes use 272.25 sq ft per marla, so check the measure on your plot documents.

Covered area is not the same as plot area. It depends on how many storeys you build and on the coverage and setback rules for your plot. Your approved drawings give the exact figure, and that is the figure the rate applies to.
Construction cost in Fazaia Housing Scheme
Most Fazaia work is new houses on empty plots, so the cost follows covered area and your specification. In Phase 1, the main plot sizes are 10 marla and 1 kanal; Phase 2 adds 5 and 7 marla.
