Building in Wapda Town: what to know
Wapda Town was set up in 1978 for employees of WAPDA and later opened to everyone. It sits on Khayaban-e-Jinnah and is split into Phase 1, Phase 1 Extension and Phase 2.

Phase 1 is largely built up, so owners there are more often rebuilding or upgrading older homes. Phase 2 is newer, and much of the work is new houses on empty plots.

Covered area is not the same as plot area. It depends on how many storeys you build and on the coverage and setback rules for your plot. Your approved drawings give the exact figure, and that is the figure the rate applies to.
Construction cost in Wapda Town
