Building a house: the stages
- Drawings and approval. Your map is approved by your society or authority before work starts. We build to the approved drawings.
- Grey structure. Foundations, columns, slabs and brickwork.
- Finishing. Plaster, floors, paint, woodwork, fittings and fixtures.
- Handover. A final walk-through and sign-off with you.
You can hire us for one stage or the whole build. Owners who want one contract for everything choose turnkey construction.

Most Lahore societies, including DHA and Bahria Town, count 1 marla as 225 sq ft. Older areas and land records sometimes use 272.25 sq ft per marla, so check the measure on your plot documents.

Room for a larger family, a lawn and, in many societies, a basement. Basements add cost for excavation, retaining walls and waterproofing, so decide on one early.
